Website Terms of Use
These Terms of Use and policies govern the use on the Javont website. By using, visiting, and /or browsing the Javont website, you accept and are bound to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms and policies, you should not use the website.
Javont reserves the right to update these Terms of Use and policies. The current terms and policies will always be available on the website, and accessible through the Terms and Conditions link on the footer of the Home page of the website.
Intellectual Property
All content contained within this website is the property of Javont, and is protected by United States and International copyright laws or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Purchasing Javont software acknowledges agreement with Javont Terms and Conditions, and the software End User License Agreement (EULA). For the complete EULA, see the Javont product packaging. It is never permissible to duplicate Javont software.
Trademarks and Service Marks
Javont and Javont Vault trademarks and service marks indentify Javont products and services, and let the public know the source of those products and services. You may make fair use of our marks in advertising and promotional materials, and in referencing our products and services (for example, in a magazine article) without our permission, provided you follow standard trademark usage practices and provide proper attribution. Other uses of our trademarks and service marks required our written permission. If you are in doubt as to whether you need our permission for a specific type of use, please ask us.
You may not use Javont or Javont Vault logos or graphical design trademarks (as opposed to our trademarks consisting solely of words) under any circumstances, without our prior written authorization.
Javont trademarks, either design or word, may not be used in the following ways:
- In a non-Javont trade or service name or publication title
- In, as, or as part of, your own service or trademarks
- To identify products or services which are not Javont
- In a manner likely to cause confusion
- In a manner that implies inaccurately that Javont endorses, or is otherwise connected with you, your activities, products or services
- As hidden or embedded text in web pages in an effort to cause a search of Javont trademarks to result in a hit on a page not maintained by Javont
- In a manner disparaging of Javont
Use of Information Submitted
All comments, ideas, suggestions, concepts, reviews, product testimonials, or any other information that you may submit to Javont will become Javont property without limitation. Javont is under no obligation to 1) maintain any such submissions in confidence, 2) pay any compensation for any such submissions, or 3) respond to any submissions.
Electronic Communications
Should you sign up for product information or register your product, you consent to receive electronic communications from Javont. These communications will provide you with product updates, information, and exclusive Javont offers.
Choice of Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate court sitting in the State of California, Los Angeles County.
2. Privacy Policies
Website Privacy Policy
In order to monitor the usage and improve the quality of our website, we gather general information related to the use of our website. We use web-server logs and industry standard website statistic software to count the number of users who visit our site and go to each page, and collect other general statistics. We do not track individual user’s visits to our website. Javont will not share these anonymous aggregate statistics with third parties.
Use of Information
If you fill out a product inquiry form, submit a product testimonial or register your product on our website, we will not share any information that you provide with third parties. The information that you provide will exclusively be used by Javont, in order to provide you with product support, updates, information, and exclusive Javont offers.
If you purchase products from our website, processing your payment and shipping the product to you, may require interaction from third parties, such as credit card processing through our payment processor, and shipping through a mail carrier.
Product Testimonials
If you choose to submit a product testimonial to us, and in the case that your testimonial is selected to be used on our website, brochures, or other materials, only your first name, and your geographic location will be listed, along with your testimonial quote. Any other information that you provide to us in the testimonial submission will only be used to help us gather demographic information, and allow us to follow up with you on any issues that you may specify in your testimonial. Javont reserves the right to edit testimonials for clarity.

3. Disclaimer
In no event shall Javont be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, even if Javont has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action, under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the information, services products and materials available from the site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose or the existence of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
4. Company Policies
Taxes
Javont is located in California and charges is legally required to charge all customers sales tax equal to the current Los Angeles County rate.
Refund / Return Policy
All software sales are considered final. Returns are only permitted in the case that the product was defective prior to reaching the customer. Any defective product will be replaced by Javont within 30 days. Refunds are not permitted, due to the nature of software purchases.
All CDs and USB memory devices are carefully quality tested prior to shipping. If you feel that your shipment has been damaged or is defective, please email Javont at support@javont.com. All returns need a Return Authorization code to be processed, so please ensure that you contact Javont using the email address above.
Product Support
Each registered copy of Javont Vault will receive ninety (90) days of product support. Unregistered copies of Javont Vault are not eligible to receive product support. After registering the product via our Register Page, in order to receive product support, users should email questions or issues to support@javont.com. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
